Concidering that I started reading \'Bad Attitude\', with no idea what it was about. I would have to say that I was reeled in from the first page. Not knowing where it was heading, I found it very informative. I have never worked a day in retail sales but have always wanted to try it for a few weeks to see the other side of it. Thankfully I don\'t have to now.

I was drawn into read this book out of randomness and curiosity, but held in the micro world this book delivers. A true summation of the culture we are stuck in, told from the 'front row seats'. I think I will have to support this by buying it and consuming the rest!
