Jack Galmitz was born in N.Y.C. in 1951. He attended the public schools and received a Ph.D from the University of Buffalo in 1985. He recently...read more had a genre study of haiku and minimalist poetry, entitled VIEWS, published by Cyberwit.net Press. In 2012, he also published a chapbook of micropoetry called yards & lots. He is an Associate of the Haiku Foundation and Contributing Editor at Roadrunner Journal. He is currently at work on a joint poetry project with Theresa Williams, prose-poet and senior lecturer at Bowling Green College.
