The Mad Poet's Haiku

It is Fall, he thinks
of murdering the neighbor
for something to write.

       *       *       *

It would take a very small Vampire...

to find out
if a hummingbird's
blood
is sweet.

       *       *       *

Observations of an
Obsessive-Compulsive

The funeral went good,
but at the cemetery
it was maddening,
a jumble of headstones,
nothing
in alphabetical
order.

I suspect
I was the only one
to notice...
