Her crafty & talented hands
delve deep into the
damp soil & that’s
where she tosses the seed
that might take root in
a thousand years
Then she tends to her prize-
winning roses
After this she kisses me on
the forehead & dashes in
for a shower while
her aromatic casserole bubbles
gently in the oven &
for some
reason I feel so completely
